This policy explains how the VisaTCF application (available at https://happynab.xyz) handles data. The app is an internal automation tool that publishes educational posts about TCF Canada and French learning to a Facebook Page owned by the tool's operator.

Data We Collect

• Facebook Page permissions: We use the Facebook Graph API with pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and pages_manage_posts solely to publish posts to the operator's own Facebook Page.
• Page Access Token: Stored securely on the application server and used only for publishing to the operator's Page.
• We do not collect personal data from page visitors or end users, and we do not sell or share any data with third parties.

How We Use Data

Permissions and tokens are used only to create and publish posts to the operator-managed Facebook Page. They are not used for any other purpose.

Data Retention & Deletion

The access token is retained until the operator revokes or deletes it from the dashboard, or removes the app's permission from Facebook settings. To request deletion of any data, contact us at the email below or see our Data Deletion page.

Artificial Intelligence

Post text is generated via AI providers (e.g., OpenRouter). Only post topics are sent; no end-user personal data is transmitted.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies necessary for the admin dashboard to function. We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies.
