Welcome to VisaTCF. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

VisaTCF is an internal automation tool used to create, schedule, and publish educational posts about TCF Canada, French language learning, and Canadian immigration on Facebook Pages owned by the user. The service is intended for page administrators, not for general end users.

2. Terms of Use

• You must be the legitimate owner or administrator of the Facebook Page you wish to connect to this application.
• You must have Admin privileges on the Page to grant the required permissions.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for complying with Facebook's Terms of Service and Meta's policies when using this service.

3. Generated Content

• Post text is generated via external AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, etc.).
• VisaTCF assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content. You must review each post before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for any content published on your Page through this tool.
• The system includes an automatic review filter, but it does not guarantee 100% error-free content.

4. Facebook Platform Usage

• The service uses the Facebook Graph API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
• VisaTCF is not responsible for any bans or restrictions imposed by Meta on your Page or app.
• API permissions or Meta policies may change without notice, potentially affecting service functionality.

5. Privacy & Data

6. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
• We assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of a violation of these terms or Meta's policies.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The last modified date will be updated at the top of this page.
